Biography

Pranav currently spearheads the fintech, innovation and artificial intelligence efforts for the OCBC group and oversees the digital business and transformation for the group's consumer business.  

In his role, he oversees a team of over 100 professionals who have transformed the digital channel to be the primary customer engagement driver and have created tangible revenue, cost and customer satisfaction benefits from the digital transformation efforts across the branch, contact centre and middle office functions.

He has established a culture of open innovation and experimentation to drastically speed up adoption of new technologies & business models with multiple successful collaborations with external fintech players.  

Pranav stays passionate about the impact of the interplay between technology, society and business and is involved in various industry initiatives to drive application of technology for superior customer & business results.  He chairs the digital skills expert panel for WMI-NTU Private Wealth Management Program as well as is member of the IBF Future enabled skills workgroup.

Prior to joining OCBC Bank, Pranav worked with McKinsey and Co where he helped senior management from various leading organizations across South East Asia, India and the Middle East define business and innovation strategy and execute on large scale transformations.

Pranav holds a bachelors in engineering from the Delhi University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
