Singapore has to continually adapt in order to capture the next phase of economic growth. The finance sector will no doubt be a key engine for this growth. While I am honoured and humbled to be recognised for this achievement, I would also like to take this opportunity to encourage IBF to continue its efforts in strengthening the skillsets and raising the standards of finance professionals in Singapore.
