Dr Bryan Lim Boon Kheng

Biography
Bryan is a dynamic people development and transformation practitioner with deep experience across capability development, change management, and innovation. His work spans the strategic to the practical end of capability building, including the design of change initiatives, leadership and core skilling programmes, and enterprise learning systems that materially change how people learn and work.
Since joining UOB in 2012, Bryan has led several large-scale transformation efforts covering culture building and skills adoption, leadership development, performance management, and AI-enabled innovation. He has been closely involved in translating enterprise priorities into change initiatives, leadership actions, and learning interventions that can be deployed and sustained at scale. His work consistently bridges strategy, people, and operating realities to ensure change efforts move beyond intent into day-to-day practice and business impact.
A dedicated advocate for upskilling and reskilling of the Financial Sector workforce, Bryan serves as a member of the TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) for ITE and Polytechnics (TIP) Alliance since 2023. He is also a regular panelist and speaker at industry forums, dialogues and discussions relating to workforce transformation, talent development, and capability building within the financial services sector.
Bryan holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Canberra, a Master of Business Administration (Distinction) from the University of Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University.
