Judy Ng
Managing Director, Group Financial Controller, Group Finance, DBS Bank
Biography
Judy Ng is a well-respected financial services professional with more than 35 years of industry experience. As Group Financial Controller of DBS Bank, she plays a pivotal role in strengthening the Group’s financial health, operational resilience and accounting governance.
Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, Judy oversees Finance teams across most of DBS’s global operations. Combining deep technical expertise with strategic financial leadership, she supports sound decision-making across the Group, safeguards financial integrity and proactively manages emerging risks.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Judy is committed to advancing the accounting profession and contributing to the wider community. She currently serves in various capacities at organisations including Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
Judy graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore and holds a Master’s in Applied Finance from Macquarie University. She is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
