Kenneth Yeoh Wei Ming

Biography
Kenneth Yeoh is a senior investment banking and capital markets leader with over 30 years of experience. He is currently Managing Director and Head of Debt Capital Markets at OCBC Bank and manages its global DCM franchise with teams across Singapore, Greater China, Malaysia and Indonesia. Since joining OCBC in 2019, he has helped the bank maintain leading positions in the Bloomberg SGD bond league tables, including reaching No. 1 rankings in 2024 and 2025, and winning IFR Asia’s Singapore bond house award in 2025.
Previously, Kenneth was CEO and Executive Director of RHB Securities Singapore, a regulated brokerage and capital markets advisory institution, and also headed its Singapore DCM business. Earlier, he held senior DCM roles at ANZ Singapore and Standard Chartered Singapore, originating landmark bond transactions for regional corporates and global financial institutions.
Kenneth has been a strong advocate of Singapore’s capital markets and currently serves as Chair of the Association of Banks in Singapore’s (ABS) DCM Committee. He also supported the recent ABS-led SOR and SIBOR transition to SORA initiative and has contributed to various ABS initiatives under the DCM Committee.
He holds a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
