Biography
Ms Lisa Lee is an Executive Director of Phillip Securities Pte Ltd, a member of the PhillipCapital Group, where she supports the implementation of wealth management businesses across its global network in 15 countries. She also serves as Non-Executive Director of Phillip Trustee and Quann Prestige.
With over 25 years of experience across the finance sector, Lisa has developed expertise in stockbroking, financial advisory, wealth management, consumer lending and legacy planning. She has a strong track record in leading organisational transformation, driving strategic initiatives, strengthening client relationships and identifying emerging market opportunities amid evolving investment landscapes.
Lisa is also an active contributor to the Financial Planning Association of Singapore (FPAS), an affiliate of the Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB), the global professional body responsible for the CFP® certification and trademark. From 2019 to 2022, she served as Marketing Chair and a member of the Editorial Board, championing financial literacy initiatives through regular publications and contributing to FPAS’s growing international profile. Since 2023, in her capacity as Vice President of FPAS, she has played an instrumental role in strengthening professional standards and industry collaboration, driving membership growth, supporting enhancements to the CFP® education framework, and spearheading initiatives to broaden and strengthen the CFP® professional community.
