In my role, it is important to be an integral partner to the business. It is by understanding their ambitions as well as concerns that we can continuously strengthen our risk stewardship in both the financial and non-financial risk areas. The ability to ask difficult questions and having the courage to do the right thing are key qualities of a good Risk Steward.
