Biography
Ms. Wong Sze Keed is the Chief Executive Officer of AIA Singapore, where she advances the company’s core purpose of helping people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. With over 30 years of experience in Singapore’s financial services industry, she has held senior leadership roles spanning partnership distribution, agency development, and enterprise leadership. Since joining AIA in 2013, she has pivotally strengthened distribution capabilities, raised professional standards among financial services consultants, and expanded access to quality financial advice.
Beyond AIA, Sze Keed actively shapes Singapore’s financial landscape. As President of the Life Insurance Association, Singapore, she rallies the sector around consumer trust, clear industry standards, and broader financial literacy. Her leadership has driven critical advancements in policyholder processes, including enhanced guidance on e-statements, policy lapsation prevention, death claims, and insurance nominations.
A strong advocate for talent development and future readiness, Sze Keed champions financial education for youth through initiatives with Institutes of Higher Learning. She also serves on key advisory bodies, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Financial Centre Advisory Panel, The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore, and the Global-Asia Insurance Partnership. Through these platforms, she robustly supports workforce transformation, strategic upskilling, and Singapore’s growth as a trusted global financial centre.
