IBF Distinguished Fellows

Eligibility Criteria
The "IBF Distinguished Fellow" title is a prestigious title conferred upon industry captains and leaders who are the epitome of professional stature, integrity, and achievement. The Distinguished Fellows serve as a beacon of excellence for the industry.

Criteria:

  • C-Suite Senior Management (e.g. CEO, CFO, COO etc); or
  • Member of a Financial Institution's Group Executive Committee or equivalent; or
  • Office-holder of an Industry Association or Industry Committee (e.g. Chairman, President)
  • At least 15 years of financial industry experience or equivalent
  • Demonstrated outstanding leadership capabilities
  • Significant contribution to the industry
  • Display professional ethics and integrity

IBF Fellow

Eligibility Criteria
The "IBF Fellow" is a title conferred upon industry specialists and veterans who have demonstrated mastery of a profession and exemplify thought leadership and commitment to industry development.

Criteria:

  • Demonstrated professional competence as well as thought and practice leadership, for example as Business Heads or deep Specialists
  • At least 15 years of financial industry experience or equivalent
  • Significant contributions to the financial industry
  • Display professional ethics and integrity

IBF Inspire Award

Eligibility & Evaluation Criteria
This award recognises financial institutions who are committed to and have made substantive progress in workforce transformation and skills development across their organisations.

Applicants should be a Financial Institution registered in Singapore and will be assessed based on the following:

  • Senior Management's commitment towards workforce transformation and skills development
  • Strong organisation-wide strategy and outcomes in workforce transformation and skills development
  • Clear and consistent adoption of Skills Framework for Financial Services and IBF Certification in talent attraction, skills development as well as significant support demonstrated for workforce transformation.
