Donald leads the OCBC Group Data Office function across Asia. The OCBC Group Data Office is responsible for driving value from OCBC’s data assets. OCBC applies Analytical & Generative AI to generate new revenue streams, lower costs, reduce risk and improve customer experience across all areas of OCBC Group. As the Analytics CoE, OCBC also enables other analytics teams across OCBC - through development of our next-generation analytics stack, group data strategy and empowering employees with data literacy skills. Capabilities within Data Office include Data Strategy, Analytics Translation, Analytics, The AI Lab and Data Engineering. An industry veteran with 30 years of international experience in Analytics roles, Donald started in the early days of Data Mining in Standard Life, consulted for PwC & IBM before joining OCBC to lead their data transformation journey.
